This Hop "Room" is our largest and can accommodate 26-40 guests maximum (NO exceptions). Features your own private faux backyard deck and lawn area with tables, chairs, and rustic furnishings! Perfect for larger groups and private celebrations such as birthdays, engagement parties, and showers. Note: On Saturday & Sunday, ALL guests must be 21 & OVER (no kids including infants in strollers or carriers). PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OUTDOOR, UNHEATED SPACE.  Includes: • Priority entrance at opening line. • Guaranteed entry even when at full capacity. • Only VIP Spaces are permitted to arrive by bus/limo/van. • Only VIP Spaces may bring outside food (with prior permission). • Newly designed and constructed Hop "Room": Outdoor pavilion with plastic covering, upgraded furniture, wood decking, and lawn. • Waived admission fee for live music. Rental Cost • 2-Hour Minimum: $500 for each two-hour timeslot (in addition to food/beverage costs). Online bookings must be prepaid up to a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Note: Table service is NOT provided.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your VIP Reservation for a full refund, in writing to events@jfbrewery.com, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the reservation. Cancellations in writing between 25-72 hours before the reservation time may be transferred to a different date/time if available. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable nor eligible for transfer. When you book and pay for your VIP Reservation, you agree to these terms. You are also acknowledging that you understand the VIP Spaces are outdoor, unheated spaces that are subject to current weather conditions.
